CLASS CALENDAR

During Covid-19 Level 2, we have a reduced class schedule and some new rules in place to keep everyone healthy and safe.

Our Level 2 class calendar includes a combination of Contact and Non-Contact classes. Read more in the class menu below for more information.

CLASS MENU

BOXING AND KICKBOXING (NON-CONTACT)

These classes are designed for you to get your boxing and/or kickboxing fix while maintaining 1m physical distancing between each other.

We have some spicy new training programs  up our sleeves that will get your heart rate going, as well as enhance and develop your boxing and kickboxing skills. 

BOXING & KICKBOXING (BUBBLES ONLY CLOSE CONTACT)

These classes are bubble pad sessions only, designed for you to train with someone in your bubble (you may opt to add a training partner into your bubble, if this is appropriate for both parties to do so).

  • Pad work is close contact training.
  • When you are in your bubble, you need to stay 1 metre away from other bubbles
  • No changing bubbles
  • No negotiations
  • Clean gloves, wraps & hands before training
  • Each person must use a sweat towel
  • Fresh training clothes only
  • Clean up your own sweat puddles post trainings. Use your sweat towel and disinfectant wipes provided.
  • Book your class! Before coming to the gym book on the Glofox App to secure your spot. (Classes are capped: first in first serve).
  • Entering the gym: please wait outside or in your car until the current class has finished. There is a 15-minute break in between classes.
  • Exiting the gym: once you have enjoyed your session please make sure you exit directly to your vehicles without gathering in the waiting area or outside. 

SPARRING (RESTRICTED BUBBLE CLOSE CONTACT):

Each person will be in a bubble of 6 people. This mean you will spar with these 6 people for all of level 2. This enables TCC to easily facilitate Covid 19 contact tracing (if required by law). 

The following rules apply:

  • No changing bubbles
  • No negotiations
  • Clean gloves, head gear, shin guards & hands before training
  • Each person must use a sweat towel
  • Fresh training clothes only
  • Clean up your own sweat puddles post training –  use sweat towel and disinfectant wipes provided
  • Book your class! Before coming to the gym book on the Glofox App to secure your spot. (Sparring session is capped: first in first served).
  • Entering the gym: please wait outside or in your car until the current class has finished. There is a 15-minute break in between classes.
  • Exiting the gym: once you have enjoyed your session please make sure you exit directly to your vehicles without gathering in the waiting area or outside.

KIDS BOXING & KICKBOXING (RESTRICTED BUBBLES CLOSE CONTACT)

These sessions are pad work, pad work is close contact. Each child will be in a bubble of 6. This means they will train in close contact with only 5 others in these sessions for all of level 2. This enables TCC to easily facilitate Covid 19 contact tracing (if required by law). 

The following rules apply:

  • No changing bubbles
  • No negotiations
  • Clean gloves, shin guards, hand wraps & hands before training
  • Fresh training clothes only
  • Book in for your child’s class! Before coming to the gym book on the Glofox App to secure their spot. (sessions are capped: first in first serve).
  • Entering the gym: please wait outside or in your car until the current class has finished. There is a 15-minute break in between classes.
  • Exiting the gym: once you have enjoyed your session please make sure you exit directly to your vehicles without gathering in the waiting area or outside.
  • While your child is training please wait for your them in your vehicle, if possible. However, we are aware this may not be possible sometimes.  

BJJ CLASSES (RESTRICTED BUBBLES CLOSE CONTACT)

  • No changing bubbles
  • No negotiations
  • Clean feet & hands before training
  • Fresh Gi or training clothes only
  • Book your class! Before coming to the gym book on the Glofox App to secure their spot. (sessions are capped: first in first serve).
  • Entering the gym: please wait outside or in your car until the current class has finished. There is a 15-minute break in between classes.
  • Exiting the gym: once you have enjoyed your session please make sure you exit directly to your vehicles without gathering in the waiting area or outside.
  • Parents: while your child is training please wait for your them in your vehicle, if possible. However, we are aware this may not always be possible (but thanks for trying).
